It is a biannual peer-reviewed publication. Its issues shall contain research papers, management cases, interviews, research reviews, and book reviews.

It intends to provide an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and theoretical and empirical research on issues confronting the business world.

Research papers/articles should cover various business disciplines like finance and accounting, leadership, marketing, strategy, quality management, entrepreneurship, business ethics, international business, operations management, etc.

The editorial advisors board is specifically interested in publishing case studies relating to business and academia.

Its contents should aim to add to the understanding and discussions of academics and corporate practices.

  1. The length of a paper, excluding tables, diagrams, illustrations, etc., should not exceed 6000 words.

  2. Case studies, book reviews, and a summary of the Ph.D. thesis are welcome.

  3. Manuscripts sent for publication in AJMAAR should be unpublished elsewhere.

  4. All correspondence will be held with the first author only.

  5. The first page should consist of the paper's title, name/s of the author/s with all details, and an abstract not exceeding 150 words. The second page should start with the paper's title again, followed by the text.

  6. References should appear alphabetically at the end of the paper.

  7.  Follow the APA reference citations.

  9. All contributions submitted will be subject to peer review.

  10. The decision of the Editorial Board will be final.
